How do I pay Rent? The preferred method for paying rent at Town & Country is through our online payment portal provided by Inosio. Tenants can also pay rent at the office by dropping off a check written in the amount due, please include the property address that you are residing in.
How do I submit a maintenance request? Maintenance request can be called into the office @ 336-472-5588, Or emailed to maintenance@tcrot.com
How do I view a property? To view properties please stop by the office an inquire about the property that you wish to see. A refundable $20 dollar deposit and Drivers License/Photo ID is required.
How long does it take to process an Application? The rental application process is typically fast, we can have results back to you in as little as 24 hours.
What to do if you have an emergency after hours. Please call the office line @ 336-442-1522. After the greeting it will give you an option to dial the emergency number.
